About Sonia Healer
My journey into healing began long before I ever earned a certification or studied a modality. Like many, I was called to this work through my own lived experiences—through loss, transformation, and the quiet ache of knowing there was something more.
Over time, I followed the call that led me here...
With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology, I gained a deep understanding of the human mind and the nuances of our emotional world. But it was through energy work, intuitive healing, and spiritual connection that I discovered my true path. Today, I'm a certified Reiki Master Teacher. In my practice, I weave together psychic insight and intuitive guidance to channel angelic realms. Clients experience more than healing—they receive messages, clarity, and access to multidimensional energies simply by being in the presence of this work.
In addition to my education, mastery, and abilities, I am a Level 2 QHHT hypnosis practitioner, a meditation teacher and an ordained minister. I’m also trained in a wide range of healing arts, including herbalism, individual and group hypnosis, kundalini activation, shamanic healing, life coaching, animal Reiki, couples counseling, sound healing, chakra balancing, and crystal therapy.
I work with people from all walks of life—those moving through loss, spiritual seekers, highly sensitive souls, creatives, healers and anyone feeling stuck or out of alignment. My sessions always emphasize deep listening, non judgment and energetic safety.
My approach is not a replacement for therapy
However, many find their way to me when therapy has reached its limits. When there’s a longing for something deeper. When the soul wants answers, meaning and peace.
Whether you're searching for clarity, release, reconnection, or simply space to breathe and to be, my role is to support you with compassion, honesty, and reverence for your unique path. I believe healing happens on many levels—and that integrating both alternative and traditional approaches is often the most powerful way to feel whole again.

NO. I DO NOT offer any other services other than what is under my services menu. I DO NOT DO any sort of body work.
Yes, a deposit is required for all appointments. The deposit information is found on the online booking page.
Cancellations 48 hours or more are required for a deposit to be refunded. Other wise the deposit is held and can be put towards a future appointment. Cancellations 24 hours or less forfeit the deposit.
No shows forfeit their deposit and will not be rebooked.
No I do not. All services are self pay.
A $155 deposit is required for all QHHT sessions and the remainder of the payment is due upon arrival for your session.
Wear comfortable clothing. The session is long and you should be as comfortable as possible. Avoid caffeinated foods and beverages before your session. Caffeine can keep you from entering the hypnosis freely. Have a meal before your session and or bring a snack. We will have some time during the session for you to have a quick snack.
Wear comfortable shoes that can be easily removed as no shoes are allowed in the healing space.
Yes! However, please inform me of your need when/before making your appointment so that I can accommodate you to the best of my ability.

There is no waiting room for a friend/companion to wait. Some exceptions can be made. Message soniaenergyhealer@gmail.com for more info.
