By booking or participating in any session, class, workshop, or event offered by Sonia Healer, you acknowledge and agree:

• Sonia Healer, its owner(s), employees, contractors, and representatives are not licensed medical, psychological, or healthcare professionals.
• Services including but not limited to Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Meditation, QHHT, Intuitive Coaching, Aromatherapy, Crystal/Gemstone Therapy, and Tarot/Oracle readings are holistic and spiritual in nature and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
• These services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• You are advised to consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider for any physical or psychological condition.
• You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in services.
  
  

By participating in services, you voluntarily agree:

• You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of participation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of New York, Sonia Healer and its owner(s), employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
• This waiver does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by law.
• Results from services vary from person to person.
• Sonia Healer makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding outcomes.
  
  

• If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, you must notify Sonia COVID-19 / Illness Policy
• If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, you must notify Sonia Healer prior to your session.
• Sessions: You will receive a credit equal to the amount paid.
• Classes/Events: If notice is given at least 8 hours prior, a credit will be issued.
  

At arrival:

• If you exhibit signs of illness, you may be denied entry.
• In such cases, a credit may be issued at the discretion of Sonia Healer.
• Any health screening conducted is not a medical evaluation and does not guarantee a virus-free environment.
  
  

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and cash.
• A deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of service.
  
  

• All services, classes, workshops, and events are non-refundable, except:
  
  
  • If canceled by Sonia Healer
    
    
  • Where required by applicable law
    
    
• In such cases, clients will receive:
  
  
  • A refund OR credit, at the client’s option
    
    

Rescheduling:

• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
  
  
• After two (2) reschedules, the booking may be converted into a non-transferable credit valid for a limited time.
  
  

Late Arrivals:

• Sessions will end at the scheduled time.
  
  
• No refunds or extensions will be provided.
  
  

No-Shows:

• Defined as arrival more than 20 minutes late without notice.
  
  
• No-shows forfeit any payments made.
  
  

• All are non-refundable.
  
  
• If canceled or rescheduled by Sonia Healer:
  
  
  • You may choose a refund or credit
    
    
  • You may receive priority registration for a future date
    
    

• All client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except:
  
  
  • Where required by law (e.g., court order, subpoena)
    
    
• While Sonia Healer maintains confidentiality, clients acknowledge that:
  
  
  • Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings
    
    

• All materials, teachings, and content provided are the intellectual property of Sonia Healer.
  
  
• They may not be:
  
  
  • Reproduced
    
    
  • Taught
    
    
  • Distributed
    
    
  • Used commercially
    
    without written permission.
    
    

• Certain services (e.g., intuitive guidance, tarot/oracle readings) are provided for:
  
  
  • Personal insight and spiritual exploration
    
    
  • Entertainment purposes only
    
    
• No service is intended to:
  
  
  • Predict the future with certainty
    
    
  • Replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, psychological)
    
    

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
  
  

• Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
  
  
• If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in New York, where permitted by law.
  
  

By booking or participating in any service, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
  
  
• This agreement applies to all current and future services
  
  
• You are entering into this agreement voluntarily
