During a session, individuals remain fully clothed, relaxing on a massage table. Sonia gently guides you through a regression hypnosis to experience a past life or several past lives. This is different than a QHHT session because as you're being guided, no questions are being asked of your subconscious. No recording is made. You are experiencing the past life and will be given time at the end of the experience to journal what you remembered.

Cord cutting is used to release energetic bonds. Depending on how strong the bond is, this may take multiple sessions. During a cord cutting session, the current energetic bond or cord is cut. This does not mean a new one cant grow. The purpose of this process is to remove what could be a toxic energetic bond or cord so that a new one could have the potential to grow in a healthier way.

QHHT, developed by Dolores Cannon, is a process of going to past lives and the higher self or subconscious mind.
You will be guided to clear past lives and talk to the part of yourself that is all-knowing and all-healing. You will be guided through the session and we will review your session together. An audio recording of your session will be yours to keep.
Sessions are 4 to 5 hours and in person only. Session fee is $444

Monthly subscription includes two 30 minute sessions per week via phone, zoom or in person and unlimited text guidance during business hours Monday - Friday.
