Terms and Conditions: 

COVID-19 Policy:

For in person sessions, if you are feeling ill/exhibiting symptoms of illness prior to your session, please contact Sonia Healer immediately. Your session will be postponed and you will receive a credit equal to the amount you paid for the session to use at a later date. 

For in person classes and events, please note our Classes, Workshops and Events policy below, as classes and events are non-refundable. If you notify Sonia Healer that you are feeling ill/exhibiting symptoms of illness at least 8 hours prior to the official start time of the class or event, you will receive a credit equal to the amount you paid for the class or event to use at a later date.

All clients and attendees will be temperature checked before the start of the session, class or event. If the temperature is above normal, or the client demonstrates any signs of illness, the client’s session, class or event admission will be cancelled with out a refund or credit and the client must leave the premises immediately. 

Please note that for Reiki sessions, some hand positions may be modified to ensure the safety of the client and the practitioner.

By scheduling a session with Sonia Healer, you acknowledge that Sonia Healer and its owner(s), employees, contractors or authorized representatives are not medical professionals and the products and services offered by Sonia Healer, including but not limited to, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Meditation, Crystal/Gemstone therapy, QHHT, Intuitive Coaching, Aromatherapy, Oracle and Tarot card readings, do not replace medical care from a medical professional. The products and services offered by Sonia Healer do not replace psychiatric care. The products and services offered by Sonia Healer cannot diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent an illness. Sonia Healer is not liable for any decisions made by you the client following a session concerning your health and/or your life in general. Everything discussed during the session is to be kept completely confidential by both parties. If you are taught anything during the session, the information is not to be repeated or replicated as your own.

Privacy Notice: 

No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent of the client or parent/guardian if the client is under 18.

Payment Terms:

Sonial Healer accepts the following methods of payment: Credit and Debit Cards, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and cash.

Payment in full is due at the time of service. Appointments are only considered confirmed if a deposit is received at time of booking.

Refund Policy:

All services appointments, classes, events and workshops hosted by Sonia Healer are non-refundable. 

Late Arrival/No Show/Cancellation Policies:

Late Arrivals:

Appointments will not extend past the originally scheduled appointment end time. Clients will not receive a refund for any portion of their missed appointment time.

No Shows:

A client is considered a no-show if 20 minutes has elapsed since the start of their appointment and they have not arrived at the appointment location. No shows will not be refunded and will forfeit any monies paid to Sonia Healer for the session. No-shows who paid a deposit to secure their appointment forfeit the deposit as a no show fee. No show appointments are not rebooked.

Cancellations:

Bookings for services provided by Sonia Healer are non-refundable. Cancelled or missed appointments will not be refunded. Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel or miss appointments. Clients have up to 48 hours prior to their session start time to reschedule their appointment. Please note: After TWO (2) consecutive reschedules, the client’s appointment will be marked as cancelled, and the client forfeits any monies that have been paid to Sonia Healer. If the client wishes to schedule another appointment, he or she will not be credited for any monies paid to secure the rescheduled appointment(s).

Classes, Workshops & Events:

Classes, workshops and events are non-refundable, unless canceled or rescheduled by Sonia Healer. In the case of cancellation or rescheduling by Sonia Healer, you will have the option of receiving a refund and priority registration for the rescheduled date. 

Liability Policy:

By booking a session with Sonia Healer, you the client, are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of purchasing services from Sonia Healer: I understand that Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy are simple, gentle, hands-on energy techniques that are used for stress reduction and relaxation.  I understand that Intuitive Coaching sessions, QHHT, Meditation and classes and events are for entertainment purposes only, and does not constitute a psychic reading, nor does the session imply or guarantee that anything discussed during the session is a prediction of future events that may or may not occur during the client's lifetime. I understand that Sonia Healer, its owner(s), employees, independent contractors, affiliates and/or authorized representatives are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose conditions nor prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that the products or services provided to me by Sonia Healer do not take the place of medical care. I understand that it is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that the products and services provided by Sonia Healer can complement, but cannot replace any medical or psychological care I may need and/or be receiving. I acknowledge that it is not possible to estimate the number of sessions I will need to resolve the issue(s) which necessitate my decision to utilize the services of Sonia Healer. I further acknowledge that it is not possible to guarantee any specific outcomes for any sessions I receive from Sonia Healer.

I voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident or death, which may arise from the use of Sonia Healer. I and any of my heirs, executors, representatives or assigns hereby release from all claims or liabilities for personal injury or property damages of any kind sustained as a result of receiving services from Sonia Healer and from any advice provided by an owner, employee, independent contractor, affiliates and/or any authorized representative. I agree that this intake form and Waiver is in effect for all Sonia Healer sessions I receive and will not expire unless requested by either party.
